• NCLT, Ahmedabad sanctions Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Triumph Offshore Private Limited and Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited. • Scheme is binding on Petitioner Companies, their Shareholders, and Creditors. • Appointed Date for the Scheme is 01.04.2024. • Triumph Offshore Private Limited shall be dissolved without winding up. • Transferee Company will continue to comply with SEBI regulations and stock exchange observations. • Sanction does not prejudice the rights of the Income Tax Department and other statutory authorities.
