• Board of Directors accorded approval for investment in units of IRB InvIT Fund via preferential issue. • Investment amount up to Rs. 35100 Cr subject to unitholder and other approvals. • The transaction is a preferential issue for subscription to units in the Trust. • IRB InvIT Fund is a SEBI registered Infrastructure Investment Trust, for which the Company acts as Sponsor. • The acquisition of units will enable the Trust to raise funds for acquiring two project SPVs from IRB Infrastructure Trust.
