MANKIND PHARMA : BSVL VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION TO BE COMPLETED
• Board of Directors approved the initiation of voluntary liquidation process of Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSVL). • Mankind Pharma holds 96% shares of BSVL directly and 4% shares via its subsidiary Appian Properties Private Limited. • BSVL's business will be distributed to Mankind Pharma on a going concern basis upon receipt of necessary approvals. • Appian Properties will receive cash proportionate to its 4% shareholding as determined by an independent valuation report. • The process will be undertaken by a liquidator appointed by BSVL, complying with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. • Detailed disclosure as required by SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular is enclosed as Annexure-I.
