MOLD-TEK PACKAGING LTD : BONUS ISSUE APPROVED
• Board of Directors recommends Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the ratio of 1:1. • Existing paid-up equity share capital of ₹16,61,44,570/- will increase to ₹33,22,89,140/-. • Reserves & Surplus stood at ₹655 crore as at March 31, 2026. • Proposal shall not impact the solvency margin or other financial parameters.
