MOTHERSON : COMMENCES COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION AT NEW MANUFACTURING FACILITY

• Subsidiary Motherson Electro Components Limited (“MECL”) has set up a greenfield manufacturing facility at Pune, Maharashtra, India. • The facility will manufacture printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), electronic control units (ECU) and related electronic products. • Initial installed capacity of approximately 1.5 million pieces p.a., which will be ramped up further. • Total investment in the facility as of date is INR 940 million (approximately). • The facility has received the consent to operate on August 25, 2026.
