NITCO : JV WITH HOUSE OF ABHINANDAN LODHA FOR RS 4,500-CRORE ALIBAUG PROJECT

• Nitco Limited entered JV with The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) to develop a 40-acre premium mixed-use project in Alibaug. • Development expected to generate approx. ₹4,500 Cr revenue over five years. • JV formalised via MoU between Nitco's subsidiary NITCO Realties Pvt. Ltd. and HoABL's subsidiary HoABL Impactum Land Pvt. Ltd. • Project to comprise luxury apartments and townhouses, with a boutique hotel. • Nitco's share from development expected to be approx. ₹1,500 Cr over five years.
