• Committee approved allotment of 1,00,00,000 equity shares of face value ₹1 each at ₹2.80 per share upon conversion of warrants. • Transaction was with one non-promoter category warrant holder, who paid balance 75% of issue price (₹2.10 per warrant). • Total consideration received for this tranche was ₹2.10 Cr. • With this allotment, all 8,85,00,000 warrants issued on June 16, 2026, have been fully converted. • The company's paid-up capital increased from ₹22.10 Cr to ₹23.10 Cr, comprising 23,10,00,000 equity shares.
