JUNIPER GREEN ENERGY : EXECUTION OF POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

• Juniper Nirjara Energy Private Limited, a subsidiary of Juniper Green Energy, has executed a Power Purchase Agreement with SJVN Limited. • The agreement is for a 50MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy Project. • The PPA has a term of 25 years from the commercial operations date. • The broad consideration or size of the order(s)/contract(s) is an Expected Annual Revenue of INR 80.00 crore. • No interest of the promoter/promoter group/group companies in the entity that awarded the order(s)/contract(s). • The order(s)/contract(s) would not fall within related party transactions.
