CAPACIT'E INFRAPROJECTS : WINS RS 741 CR ORDER

• Received Letter of Intent (LOI) from Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited for construction of Core and Shell work of Mahindra Rainforest at Kanjurmarg and Mahindra Beacon Hill at Mahalaxmi. • Order value is ₹741 Crore (Rupees Seven Hundred and Forty-One Crore Only), excluding GST. • This order does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions. • The said work order has been received in the normal course of business and forms part of the Company's ordinary civil contracting operations.
