BAJAJ AUTO : BAJAJ MOBILITY AG ANNOUNCES H1 2026 RESULTS
• Bajaj Mobility AG (formerly PIERER Mobility AG) issued an ad hoc announcement titled "Results of the First Half of 2026". • The shares of Bajaj Mobility AG are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and Vienna Stock Exchange. • Key H1 2026 results include Group revenue of EUR 701.4 mn (+65.0% YOY), Motorcycle revenue of EUR 579.6 mn (+109.1% YOY), and 89,004 motorcycle sales. • Fixed costs reduced by EUR 65.8 mn, with EBITDA of EUR 37.6 mn and EBITDA margin of 5.4% for H1 2026. • EBIT improved to EUR -24.8 mn in H1 2026, and was positive at EUR 1.3 mn in Q2 2026 for the first time since restructuring.
