• Optiemus announced acquisition of 56,00,000 equity shares in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Optiemus Unmanned Systems Private Limited, for ₹5.60 Cr. • Board approved re-appointment of Mr. Gauri Shankar and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Srivastava as Independent Directors for a second term of 5 years from April 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. • The 33rd AGM is scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:30 AM IST via Video Conferencing. • The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026 (inclusive). • Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3:00 PM and concluded at 3:20 PM.
