• Mahendrakumar Rikhavchand Shah proposes to acquire 80,24,400 shares (4.75%) from Pooja Mahendrabhai Shah and 17,22,850 shares (1.02%) from Mrs. Khushbu Mahendrabhai Shah. • Transaction is an inter-se transfer among immediate relatives of promoter group. • Proposed acquisition date on or after September 7, 2026. • The transfer is by way of gift, without consideration through off-market transaction. • This is covered under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. • Shareholding details: Acquirer's before transaction 15.19%, after 20.96%.
