MAHINDRA LIFESPACES: SELLS ENTIRE STAKE IN ASSOCIATE COMPANIES FOR UP TO RS 80 CRORE

• Committee for Investment/Land Appraisal approved sale of entire stake in Ample Parks and Logistics Private Limited, Ample Parks Project 1 Private Limited, Ample Parks Project 2 Private Limited, and Ample Parks MMR Private Limited to Omega Warehouse Holdings 2 Limited. • Upon completion, these entities will cease to be associates of MLDL. • The Buyer is Omega Warehouse Holdings 2 Limited, currently holding the balance stake in the associate companies. • The transaction is not a related party transaction and is done at arm's length. • The sale of stake is expected to be completed by 31st December 2026 or any other date as may be mutually agreed between the Company and the Buyer.
