• Received adjudication order from the Office of the Collector of Stamps in connection with the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Birlasoft (India) Limited, Birlasoft Limited and KPIT Technologies Limited. • The order imposes a penalty of ₹1,23,14,040/- on KPIT Technologies Limited and Birlasoft Limited for a delay of 4 days in lodging the NCLT Order with the Stamp Authorities. • The penalty is pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement. • The penalty will be paid in accordance with the process. • There is no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Company. Impact: Neutral (Procedural penalty for administrative delay with no material business impact.)
