ADANIENT : SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY OF CHANDENVALLE INFRA PARK LIMITED

• AdaniConneX Private Limited (ACX), a joint venture of Adani Enterprises, acquired 100% equity stake of Chandenvalle Infra Park Limited (CIPL) • CIPL was acquired from Adani Power Limited • The acquisition of CIPL by ACX is not a related party transaction for Adani Enterprises, as per SEBI LODR • CIPL, the target entity, is controlled directly/indirectly by the promoter/promoter group of Adani Enterprises • The transaction has been done at an arms' length basis • The object of acquisition is to set up data center infrastructure facilities by ACX • Cost of acquisition was ₹535.69 crores • CIPL was incorporated on 24th February, 2022, with an object for carrying out infrastructure development activities • CIPL owns a sizable land parcel and has secured key licenses
