ACUTAAS CHEMICALS : SOUTH KOREAN STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% ORDINARY SHARES OF TARGET
• Indichem Inc., a step-down subsidiary in South Korea, inaugurated its semiconductor chemicals manufacturing plant at Gongju, Chungcheongnam-do. • The plant, built in 11 months, will synthesize chemicals in India and refine to semiconductor-grade materials in South Korea. • Indichem is a joint venture between Acutaas Advance Material Limited (75%) and J & Materials Co. Ltd (25%). • Acutaas Advance Material Limited invested KRW 30 billion (approx. ₹200 crore) in Indichem Inc. • The facility focuses on high-purity chemicals for semiconductor applications.
