ACME SOLAR HOLDINGS LIMITED : RECEIVES LETTER OF AWARD
• ACME Solar Holdings Limited received a Letter of Award from Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI). • The award is for 300 MW contracted capacity, secured under SECI's 6,000 MWh (1,500 MW x 4 Hours) Assured Peak Power Tender (FDRE-IX). • The project details, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations, are enclosed as Annexure-A. • The information will be available on the company's website www.acmesolar.in. • This is a voluntary disclosure.
