• Board of Directors accorded in-principle approval for establishing a South African manufacturing venture with a South African partner. • Venture to manufacture and supply Male condoms and related products. • Cupid Limited to hold up to 49% equity share capital, providing technical and manufacturing expertise. • Required capital expenditure, working capital and operating funding to be arranged by the South African partner. • Approval subject to finalization of definitive agreements and arrangements.
