• Patel Engineering has successfully transferred 84,95,040 equity shares of ACP Tollways Private Limited (32% of paid-up capital) to APCO Infratech Private Limited and others. • The transaction was executed on August 28, 2026, following an agreement signed on August 27, 2026. • The consideration received from the sale is Rs 55 Crore. • APCO Infratech Private Limited is primarily involved in infrastructure development, road construction, and tollway operations. • The transaction is not a related party transaction and was conducted at arm's length.
