• Sintercom India Limited received a Purchase Order from Larsen & Toubro Limited, Mobility Plant - Coimbatore for supply of Half Ring for two-wheeler electric vehicles motors. • The order value is Rs. 3.65 million (~₹3.65 Cr). • Supply contract will be executed by October 2026. • The work does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions.
