• Board approved appointment of Shri Sandeep Kumar as Additional Director, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. • Appointment is for a period until he remains deputed as nominee director of LIC of India, subject to a maximum of 5 years. • Effective from August 29, 2026, subject to shareholder approval within three months. • Shri Sandeep Kumar satisfied the Fit & Proper Criteria of NHB and was not debarred from holding office of director by any SEBI order.
