• The company intimated about the issue and allotment of shares to SWPE, Mr. Vikas Jain and Mr. Piyush Jain in the Right Issue of Alara Resources Limited (ARL). • SWPE has been allotted 1,87,91,597 equity shares. • Mr. Vikas Jain has been allotted 67,86,889 shares and Mr. Piyush Jain has been allotted 43,79,915 shares. • Post allotment, the aggregate shareholding of SWPE, Mr. Vikas Jain and Mr. Piyush Jain increased from 10.83% to 12.66%. • Information as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.
