PIRAMAL FINANCE RAISED RS 21000 CR FUNDS FROM QIB @ ₹2110/SHARE

• Approved the issue and allotment of 99,52,606 Equity Shares at an issue price of ₹2,110 per share. • The issue size aggregates to ₹20,99,99,98,660. • Post-allotment, the paid-up equity share capital increased. • Annexure A contains the list of allottees who have been allotted more than 5% of the equity shares.
