• Received a show-cause notice from the Office of the Commercial Tax Officer (Enforcement), DGSTO, Jamkhandi, Karnataka. • Notice pertains to short payment/non-payment/availed ineligible input tax credit for the tax period 2022-23. • Total GST Demand is approximately ₹10.57 Cr (IGST ₹5.13 Cr, CGST ₹2.68 Cr, SGST ₹2.68 Cr, CESS ₹0.06 Cr), plus applicable interest of ₹6.50 Cr and penalty of ₹1.05 Cr. • The company is evaluating the material impact and will take appropriate legal steps.
