AXISCADES : ACQUIRES MAJORITY STAKE IN CLOUD WAVE TECHNOLOGIES

• AXISCADES Technologies Limited announced approval from its Board of Directors to acquire a majority stake in Cloud Wave Technologies Private Limited. • The acquisition is for an enterprise valuation of approximately INR 260 crores. • Cloud Wave is a Bengaluru-based precision engineering and manufacturing company with seven units, offering machining, sheet metal fabrication, tooling, plastic injection moulding, 3D printing, and surface treatment capabilities. • Cloud Wave's customer base spans Aerospace & Defence and Semiconductor sectors and it is expected to generate INR 180 Cr revenue at 22% EBITDA in FY27. • This acquisition is a step in AXISCADES' Power 930 growth plan to expand into aerospace manufacturing. • The deal aims to accelerate AXISCADES' aerospace manufacturing strategy by adding immediate operational precision-manufacturing capabilities.
