• Board of Directors approved incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary as a Special Purpose Vehicle. • The subsidiary will be named "Park Medicity Prayagraj Limited" or "Park Hospital Prayagraj Limited", or as approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. • The incorporation is in furtherance of the disclosure dated August 26, 2026, regarding winning a bid for a 550-bed hospital at Prayagraj.
