CEIGALL INDIA LTD : COMMISSIONING OF FIRST 5 MW SOLAR POWER PROJECT UNDER MSKVY 2.0 BY WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY

• Ceigall Green Energy MH2 Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and wholly owned subsidiary, commissioned its first 5 MW Solar Power Plant at Ranjangaon Deshmukh, Taluka Kopargaon, District Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra. • The project was commissioned well ahead of schedule and is eligible for incentives under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 (MSKVY 2.0). • This project is part of an aggregate 147 MW Solar Power Project being developed by the SPV. • The commissioning marks a significant milestone in the company's expansion into the renewable energy sector. • The intimation is also available on the company's website: www.ceigall.com
