• Indo-Tech Transformers Limited received Letter of Award (LoA) from WAAREE RENEWABLE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED • The order is for the supply of 5 number of transformers, comprising 3 No. 170 MVA / 175 MVA Power Transformers and 2 Nos. 125 MVA Power Transformers • The aggregate value of the order is INR 55 Crores plus applicable taxes (INR 54 Crores plus applicable taxes rounded off) • The order is to be executed between January 2027 to April 2027 • The company confirmed the transaction does not fall within the definition of a related party transaction.
