E2E NETWORKS : SOVEREIGN AI COMPANY DEAL WORTH RS 1,000 CR

• Company has entered into a binding term sheet with a Sovereign AI company based in India for provision of NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and allied services. • The aggregate contract value is approximately ₹1,000 crore (exclusive of applicable taxes). • The arrangement remains valid up to June 2029. • This engagement represents a significant milestone in the Company's strategy of signing up longer term customers.
