• The buyback of up to 20,68,965 equity shares at ₹1,450 per share for an aggregate amount not exceeding ₹300 Cr. • The buyback size represents 4.09% of equity share capital and free reserves as per audited statements for FY26. • Promoter and promoter group intend to participate in the buyback.
