• Company's wholly owned subsidiary, ARDENT IMPEX FZCO, has been incorporated in Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. • The objective of incorporation is to carry out Industrial Chemicals Trading and Petrochemicals Trading business in Dubai, UAE. • The subsidiary has an authorised capital of AED 200,000, divided into 200 shares of AED 1,000 each. • ARDENT IMPEX FZCO is yet to commence business operations. • The incorporation date is June 22, 2026, with the certificate of formation received on August 31, 2026.
