KIMSHEALTH: CAPACITY EXPANSION AT KIMSHEALTH HOSPITAL, TRIVANDRUM WORTH RS 134.4 CR

• KIMS Health Care Management Limited (KHML), a material subsidiary, approved construction of KIMSHEALTH New Block and optimization of existing hospital facilities. • This expansion will increase operational capacity at the Trivandrum facility. • Existing capacity is ~795 beds; proposed addition is ~184 beds, taking total to ~979 beds. • Capacity addition is expected by May 2028 with an investment of ~Rs. 134.4 crore, financed through 70% debt and 30% equity.
