TATA STEEL : DIVESTS ENTIRE STAKE IN SUBSIDIARY JFSPL

• Tata Steel completed divestment of its entire stake in Jamshedpur Football and Sporting Private Limited (JFSPL) to Churchill Brothers Sports Club Private Limited on August 31, 2026. • The divestment was subject to satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, including receipt of necessary approvals from the All-India Football Federation. • JFSPL has ceased to be a subsidiary of Tata Steel. • Tata Steel remains committed to its legacy of developing grassroot sports and will continue to invest in sporting infrastructure.
