• Sudarshan Germany Horizons GmbH signed a Share Purchase and Transfer Agreement for sale of 100% stake in VP4 Frankfurt GmbH. • VP4 Frankfurt is primarily engaged in the manufacture of certain intermediates. • The sale sharpens the Company's focus on its core pigment business. • Consideration received from sale/disposal is EUR 76,500,000. • The Buyer is Celanese US Holdings LLC. • The transaction would not fall within the purview of Related Party Transactions.
