• Apitoria Pharma Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, has incorporated Avogent Lifesciences Private Limited in India. • Avogent Lifesciences Private Limited is incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Apitoria Pharma Private Limited. • The object of incorporation is to undertake manufacturing and marketing operations in India and foreign countries. • Initial subscription to the share capital of Rs. 5,00,00,000 divided into 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each. • The company was incorporated on August 31, 2026. Impact: Expansion of business operations through a new subsidiary.
