• Huhtamaki India Limited will close its pressure-sensitive (PS) Labels manufacturing operations at the Baddi facility. • The closure is part of a consolidation of PS Labels operations at its Ambernath and Bangalore facilities to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. • The Baddi PS Labels unit contributed INR 218.76 Million (0.92% of the Company's revenue) during FY 2025. • The estimated time of closure is October 30, 2026. • The closure is not considered material based on the company's materiality threshold.
