• Tsiko Africa Logistics (Pty) Ltd. together with Barberry Holdings (Pty) Ltd issued Letter of Award for USD 135 Million. • Award is for Design, Manufacture, Supply and Commission of TYPE: Wabtec ES43ACi – 4,500 HP Diesel-Electric Locomotives. • Contract is with an international entity, to be executed within 20 to 24 months from the signature of the Definitive Agreement. • Broad consideration is USD 135 Million exclusive of applicable taxes and duties. • No promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. • Order(s)/contract(s) would not fall within related party transactions.
