MUKKA PROTEINS : ACQUIRES STRATEGIC STAKE IN SHIPWAVES ONLINE LIMITED

• Mukka Proteins will acquire 2,93,20,000 equity shares in Shipwaves Online Limited at Rs 4.50/- per share. • The strategic investment is worth Rs 131.94 Cr. • Post-acquisition, Mukka Proteins will hold a 16.77% stake in Shipwaves Online Limited, which operates in Digital Freight Forwarding and Enterprise SaaS Solutions. • The acquisition is targeted for completion by March 31, 2027.
