THOMAS COOK (INDIA) LTD : SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT RECEIVES OBSERVATION LETTER FROM BSE

• Company received observation letter from BSE Limited dated August 31, 2026, with 'no adverse observations'. • This is in relation to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Thomas Cook (India) Limited, Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, TC Visa Services (India) Limited, Jardin Travel Solutions Limited, and Borderless Travel Services Limited. • The scheme is being undertaken under Sections 230 to 232, 61 and 66 of the Companies Act, 2013. • The observation letter is enclosed herewith and uploaded on the company's website. • The validity of the observation letter is six months from the date of issue for submission to NCLT.
