FLAIR WRITING INDUSTRIES : SUB INVESTS RS 1000.01 CR IN UNIT FWEPL

• Flair Writing Industries (FWIL) subscribed to 3,415 equity shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Flair Writing Equipments Private Limited (FWEPL), via rights issue. • The investment amounts to ₹1,00,00,65,675/- (~₹1,000.01 Cr), at an issue price of ₹2,92,845/- per share. • The funds raised by FWEPL will be utilized for debt repayment, reduction of financial liabilities, and associated finance costs. • FWIL's shareholding in FWEPL remains unchanged, and FWEPL continues to be a wholly-owned subsidiary. • FWEPL's standalone turnover for FY26 was ₹235.24 Cr, and consolidated turnover was ₹270.95 Cr.
