INDIA GLYCOLS LIMITED : DEMERGER INTO THREE ENTITIES
• India Glycols Limited, IGL Spirits Limited, and Ennature Bio Pharma Limited are the three new entities effective September 1, 2026. • India Glycols Limited will house chemicals, glycols, bio-glycols, specialty products, and industrial gases. • IGL Spirits Limited will focus on spirits, IMFL, country liquor, and bio-fuel. • Ennature Bio Pharma Limited will handle bio-pharma and bio-polymers. • Shareholders as of September 2, 2026, will receive shares in each new entity.
