• A wholly owned subsidiary, Fineotex Biotex HealthGuard FZE, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Fineotex Holdings Inc. (“FHI”), in USA. • FHI was incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA. • The objective of FHI is to undertake specialty chemical and allied business activities, including manufacturing, trading, and development of specialty chemicals. • It will also pursue strategic investments, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities. • The newly incorporated subsidiary has no turnover. Impact: Establishes a new step-down subsidiary in the USA to pursue strategic growth opportunities in the specialty chemical sector.
