• 3i Infotech has received a purchase order from a leading consumer durables company in India for the extension of its IT managed services engagement. • The order, issued under PO No. 4200005961, covers End User Support (EUS) and Data Centre (DC) managed services for a period of 12 months from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. • The committed value of the purchase order is Rs. 1.70 crore (approx Rs. 1.70 crore), exclusive of applicable taxes. • The delay in dissemination of this information is due to the internal review process.
