CDSL Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDSL, has acquired a 2.20% stake in ONDC for ₹5 crore.

• CDSL Ventures purchased 5,00,000 equity shares of ONDC at ₹100 per share. • The acquisition increases CDSL's effective stake in ONDC.
