• Vishwakarma Realty Private Limited (VRPL) has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. • Acquisition of 100% equity share capital from DBG Estates Holdings LLP. • 50,000 equity shares of face value ₹10/- each acquired. • Consideration discharged in cash from internal accruals. • VRPL does not qualify as a material subsidiary.
