• Company received detailed order of approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation amongst Go Digit Infoworks Services Private Limited and Go Digit General Insurance Limited by the CCI dated 31st August 2026. • The Scheme remains subject to statutory and regulatory approvals, including from NCLT and IRDAI, and shareholders. • A copy of the detailed order has been uploaded on the company website.
