• Company received Letter of Acceptance from M/s Central Coalfields Limited for execution of work of "Hiring of HEMM for OB removal and extraction of coal" at Dhori Area, Bokaro, Jharkhand. • The contract is for a period of five years with a total contract value of Rs. 5,347.30 Cr (Rupees Five Hundred Thirty-Four Crore Seventy-Three Lakh Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Two and Twenty-Four Paise only) inclusive of GST @18%. • The work involves OB removal (201.355 L Cum Re-handling + 336.533 L CuM Hard OB) and extraction of 91.036 LTe Coal. • The Letter of Acceptance is dated September 01, 2026. • Impact: Positive (Significant order win for logistics and mining services, valued at over Rs 5,000 Cr.)
