ASIAN ENERGY SERVICES : AWARD OF HYDROCARBON CONTRACT AREA TO SUBSIDIARY

• Oilmax Energy Private Limited (OEPL), the company's holding and amalgamating company, was awarded Contract Area GK/OSDSF/GKOSN/2025 under the Discovered Small Field (DSF) Bid Round-IV by the Government of India. • OEPL will hold a 50% Participating Interest in the Block and will act as the Operator. • The award is subject to the execution of a definitive Revenue Sharing Contract (RSC) between the President of India and OEPL. • This award is relevant to the Scheme of Merger by Absorption of OEPL into AESL, which is in its final hearing stage before the NCLT.
