PVR INOX LIMITED : ANNOUNCES RS 300 CR SHARE BUYBACK

• Board of Directors approved the buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company. • Buyback of up to 20,68,965 equity shares at a price of ₹1450 per share. • Aggregate buyback size not exceeding ₹300 Crores. • Record date for determining eligibility: Friday, September 4, 2026. • The buyback will be implemented via the "tender offer" route.
