• Indo National Limited acquired an additional 0.78% stake in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd (MMSPL). • The investment was made by way of subscription to equity shares for an aggregate amount of ₹50.03 Lakhs. • Following this acquisition, the company's aggregate shareholding in MMSPL now stands at 61.87%. • MMSPL is engaged in manufacturing, distribution and providing services in relation to Air Monitoring System and Air Purifiers. • Impact: Positive (Strategic investment to increase shareholding in a subsidiary company engaged in air monitoring systems.)
